FUP publishes photos of weapons and accompanying equipment from Stari Grad

(Patria) - The Federal Police Administration has published photos of weapons and accompanying equipment seized during yesterday's search of the premises of the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo.

As can be seen from the photos, these are rifles and optical sights.

We remind you that during the search, FUP members found 24 rifles and 25 sights used for sport shooting. Documentation related to the procurement of this weapon, as well as other documentation and evidence, was also seized.



Otherwise, the former mayor of this municipality, Ibrahim Hadžibajrić, and Alma Destanović were arrested at the beginning of May as part of an operational action codenamed "Start" carried out by police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, under the supervision of prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton.

This is the result of several months of intensive cooperation with international police partners, primarily EUROPOL, but also the FBI Office.
