Several people were injured in a serious traffic accident that occurred on Friday around 10 PM on the main road between Mostar and Jablanica, when a car carrying a family of four overturned onto its roof, reports the reporter of the BH News Agency Patria, who was at the scene at the time of the accident.
A one-year-old baby was also in the car.
Most likely, the driver of the car fell asleep at the wheel at one point, after which the car hit a retaining wall next to the road and then, due to the force of the impact, overturned onto its roof.
The driver sustained the most serious injuries, while his wife and two children suffered minor scratches.
The unfortunate family was pulled from the completely wrecked car by other drivers. All four were transferred to the Mostar hospital, reports Patria.
