Former spokesperson for the chief prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal, Florence Hartmann, was arrested and led into the building of the International Court of Justice, reports Patria's correspondent from The Hague.
She came to follow the pronouncement of the verdict for Radovan Karadžić. The Mothers of Srebrenica tried to pull her out of the hands of the police officers, but they did not succeed in their intention, and she was led into the Tribunal building.
Hartmann was previously charged with contempt of court for publishing data from secret decisions of the Appeals Chamber of the Hague Tribunal in the case of Slobodan Milošević, which she published in her book.
The Mothers of Srebrenica and victims' associations formed a ring around her, but after a minor scuffle, she was still taken into custody. She was arrested at the moment she was giving an interview to the media.
Hartmann will be detained for seven days in The Hague.
