One of the organizers of the 'One in Five Million' protests physically attacked

(Patria) - One of the organizers of the "One in Five Million" protests, Srđan Marković, told N1 that an unknown person attacked him at the protest and choked him for half a minute. The police apprehended the attacker.

The incident occurred in the immediate vicinity of the Serbian Government building.

"This is the same man who attacked me once before at the protests. He was filming us from the truck, he didn't want to identify himself. When I filmed him a few protests ago, he hit me. The police came and said I had to report the attack because he didn't have an ID. Now I was filming him because I recognized him. As I started to film his face, he started to choke me, he choked me for half a minute. I expect the police and the prosecution to react and tell us who these people are who film us at every protest. The police reacted when he started choking me," Marković explained.

Protest participants who then gathered around the attacker formed a circle and did not let him leave, and police officers then apprehended him.
