Finnish Prime Minister tested for drugs, party cost her dearly

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin stated today that she underwent a drug test, following the release of a video earlier this week showing her dancing with friends, and emphasized that she has never used drugs in her life.

"I took a drug test today and the results will arrive in seven days. I have never used drugs in my life," Marin said at a press conference.

She added that her ability to perform her duties was not impaired on the night of the party and that she would have left the gathering if there had been a need to perform any work.

Video footage of Marin at a party with well-known Finnish artists began circulating on social media this week, and was also reported by media in Finland and abroad.

Politicians from the ruling coalition and the opposition subsequently called on Marin to take a drug test.
