Finci on Dodik's letter of support to Israel: Why is the BiH Presidency silent on the crisis?

I saw Dodik's letter of support to Israel, but I haven't seen or heard the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which leads foreign policy, express itself in any way on the recent events, says Jakob Finci, president of the Jewish Community in BiH, in a statement to the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

- You have to ask him what his motive is for doing so, but Dodik's letter of support or petitions of support for the other side will not stop the rocket attacks. That is why it is important for both sides to stop any attack, because we have seen that innocent people mostly suffer – says Finci.  

Dodik, Finci adds, has publicly chosen a side in the conflict, while other political actors in BiH have not yet done so, it is only emerging.

RS President Milorad Dodik announced today through the entity news agency Srna that he is "following the development of the situation in the Gaza Strip with particular attention and concern, because he deeply and sincerely sympathizes with the friendly Jewish people and the state of Israel".

Dodik sent a letter of support to Israeli President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, it was reported.
