(Patria) - Amendments submitted by delegates of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament to the Federation budget were rejected by the FBiH Government.
Delegates Sandra Imširović and Mladen Lonić withdrew their amendments. Amendments from the Bosniak Caucus were rejected.
In the end, all 50 amendments from the House of Representatives of the FBiH, proposed by deputies from the "eight" parties and HDZ BiH, were adopted.
The House of Peoples adopted the budget of the Federation of BiH in the amount of 6.7 billion KM. 69 delegates voted for the budget, meaning all present.
By adopting the budget, an increase in pensions and normal financial functioning of the Federation of BiH have been ensured.
The budget, after adoption in both parliamentary houses, enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the FBiH.
Along with the budget, the accompanying Law on Budget Execution was also adopted.
Furthermore, delegates voted on the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the amendments and supplements to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2022 (second amendments and supplements), amendments and supplements to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for 2022 (Annex I.) (second amendments and supplements) and the Decision on the method of executing the Rebalanced Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2022 (second amendments and supplements), as well as the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2023 and the Decision on the method of executing the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of the Federation of BiH for 2023, and the Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Financial Plan of the Federal Employment Agency for 2023 and the estimate of the plan for 2024 and 2025 and the Decision on the execution of the Financial Plan of the Federal Employment Agency for 2023.
The Proposal of the Financial Plan - Budget of FERK for 2023 also received support.
