paying employee salaries, and not to spend hard-earned money on paying fines and interest. The Tax Administration calls on taxpayers to fulfill their obligations
promptly, to report and pay them voluntarily, to report every employee, i.e., to do business in accordance with tax and other applicable regulations, as this is
the best and safest way of doing business.

The Tax Administration will assist taxpayers who show intent and willingness to fulfill all their tax obligations in every way, and will demonstrate determination
to take all measures against taxpayers who wish to avoid them, and through undertaken measures and activities, direct these taxpayers towards lawful conduct.

The Tax Administration wishes to be a partner to taxpayers and build transparent relationships based on applicable laws.

The Tax Administration thanks all media outlets for their cooperation. By reporting on our work, you have contributed to the more transparent work of the Tax Administration and raised the overall awareness of taxpayers to settle their obligations. We invite you to continue following the work of the Tax Administration.

The Tax Administration calls on the accounting and auditing profession to work in a way that serves the public interest and to act in accordance with applicable laws, as well as to refrain from any behavior that could harm the public interest and be
discrediting to the accounting and auditing profession.

The responsibility of an accountant is not solely to satisfy the needs of an individual employer, but to act in accordance with applicable regulations and thus act in the public interest. Your profession can and should play a significant role in
preventing illegal activities of taxpayers and responsible persons, by influencing these individuals through your advice and actions not to commit illegal acts, and to report those who do so to the Tax Administration. In order not to be participants in the commission of illegal
activities, we call on you to report all illegal actions related to tax evasion or non-payment of public revenues by taxpayers for whom you perform activities to the Tax Administration.

Be a partner and ally of the Tax Administration in the fight against illegal business operations. The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH calls on notaries in the Federation of BiH, as public service providers, when performing legal transactions involving the transfer or acquisition of ownership or other real rights, to pay attention to the legal conditions that must be met for unimpeded transactions and thus work for the benefit of the legal system and all citizens.

The Tax Administration calls on the notary service to, in order to more effectively implement the law when drafting sales contracts, also consider the provisions of: Article 55 of the Law on Profit Tax, Article 18, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Law on Financial Operations, and Article 31, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH, and thus avoid the risk of non-compliance with the law by concluding contracts. Be a partner of the Tax Administration in respecting tax laws.

The Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH calls on all undeclared workers to inform the Tax Administration about it. The Tax Administration will seriously and thoroughly consider all reports and act upon them in accordance with the law, its competences, and
available capacities, and will undertake all measures at its disposal to ensure that employers register their workers. Only in this way will you be able to realize your legally guaranteed rights: the right to healthcare, the right to pension and disability insurance, and other rights that belong to you based on employment.

Take a step and help yourself. The Tax Administration is determined to help you! Are you determined to help yourself? Be a partner of the Tax Administration in preventing undeclared work! Dear employees, especially young people, this is your homeland and you should stay in it and be happy, and by no means disenfranchised, humiliated, and exploited.

Do not allow your rights and happiness to be diminished by those who do not register you and do not pay taxes and contributions, thus deceiving both you and the state, while simultaneously increasing their wealth. Taxes and contributions are also your money.
Let's make society fairer together. Every report will be treated with full discretion, and reports can be submitted anonymously via: e-mail: [email protected] and [email protected], SMS messages to mobile number 061 724 610, toll-free call to 080 020 333, and by mail to Husrefa Redžića 4, Sarajevo, marked "Irregularities".
