Citizens of FBiH could soon receive money from insurance companies faster after traffic accidents, reports the Patria agency.
The FBiH Government has drafted a proposal to amend the Insurance Law. According to the new law, the deadline for paying out damages to the insured should be reduced from 90 to 60 days.
Drivers currently wait too long to receive compensation from insurance companies, even though they must fulfill their obligations to insurance companies on time, writes Patria.
