After the conclusion of the investigation, the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton today filed and submitted to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo for confirmation an indictment against Faruk Balijagić and Ado Balijagić, reports the news agency Patria.
Father and son are charged as co-perpetrators of the criminal offense of incitement to murder, a serious criminal offense against the safety of people and property, and Ado Balijagić is also charged with the criminal offense of endangering safety, the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton announced.
