Sarajevo Tobacco Factory Organizes "National Treasure" Art Exhibition

The official opening of the Sarajevo Tobacco Factory's art exhibition, categorized under the "National Treasure" collection, which includes valuable works by Seid Hasanefendić, P. Tiješić, Đ. Mazalić, Bosarić, Šain, Mujezinović, Drljača, Mikulić, Šotra, and others, is planned for November 17th at 11 AM at the Bosniak Institute, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

- Culture and art leave indelible marks in time, teach us human values, and enrich our lives. Investments in culture are long-term, and the results are not immediately visible. However, looking back at past decades and recognizing that, as the brightest example of socially responsible business, we have contributed to the lasting enrichment of our society, which ultimately contributes to the prosperity and building of a better future for Bosnia and Herzegovina, truly fills us with joy and pride - stated the Sarajevo Tobacco Factory, which is one of the few BiH companies that owns its own invaluable art collection, now comprising over 200 artworks.

Sarajevo Tobacco Factory is also investing significant funds in preparations for the reconstruction and revitalization of one of the interesting old buildings from the Turkish period in Baščaršija (Firuz-beg's hammam), where gallery spaces will also be built for the permanent housing of the aforementioned art collection.

The exhibition will be open for all art lovers from November 17th to 30th.
