European leaders could visit Washington to discuss plan for Ukraine

(Patria) - Leaders of European countries could come to Washington next week to discuss the
plan of US President Donald Trump for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, TASS reported, citing a report by Sky News.

Certain European leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, could visit Washington early next week in an attempt to convince the US leader to make changes to his peace plan, the TV channel stated.

On the other hand, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is unlikely to travel to the United States before the budget address that the government will present on November 26, it notes.

Sky News compared the possible future visit of European leaders to their previous joint trip to the White House after the Russia-US summit in Alaska.
