Erdogan to visit Serbia in January

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced that in January he expects a "big and important" visit from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Serbia.

Vučić and Erdogan met today in Dubai at the COP28 climate change summit.

On the same occasion, he also met with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

As Vučić wrote on his Instagram profile, they discussed key issues of bilateral and economic relations, plans for the EXPO2027 exhibition, and other major projects of importance for Serbia.

"We paid special attention to the key topics of this year's Summit, as well as the ways in which Serbia can contribute to global climate action.

Serbia is a small country, but it certainly knows how to appreciate its great friends," Vučić stated.
