Erdogan: No more talks with Netanyahu, we have crossed him out

(Patria) - President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is no longer someone to talk to, and said that Turkey will do everything in its power to bring Israeli human rights violations and war crimes before the International Criminal Court.

In an interview during his flight back from an official visit to Kazakhstan, Erdogan stated that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is most responsible for the attacks on the blockaded Palestinian Gaza Strip and that his support is weakening even within Israel.

- Netanyahu is no longer someone we can talk to. We have crossed him out and thrown him away – Erdogan said.
Turkish President Erdogan said that Netanyahu is losing the support of Israeli citizens and that he wants to gain support for the massacres in Gaza through religious rhetoric.

He added that Netanyahu's actions have nothing to do with religious books, including the Torah and the Bible.

- I said something in my speech at the March for Palestine in Istanbul. I announced that we will support initiatives to bring Israeli human rights violations and war crimes before the International Criminal Court. Our relevant authorities, especially our Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will carry out this work – Erdogan said.

Erdogan also said that Turkey is ready to act as a guarantor country for Gaza after the conflict.

The Turkish President emphasized that the world is closing its eyes to Israel's brutal attacks on civilians and health infrastructure, and that it is letting babies and civilians die.

Stressing that the European Union has not approached the issue of Gaza fairly and that it has been outside the diplomatic processes in the Russian-Ukrainian war, Erdogan said that this has eroded trust in the EU.

Now the world must hear the cries of Palestinian children. It is our duty to extend a helping hand to these innocent and oppressed people. This is a human duty – Erdogan emphasized.
He also said that the upcoming summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Riyadh will be crucial for efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza.

Turkey wants to see a peaceful Gaza, as part of a sovereign Palestinian state with territorial integrity, with East Jerusalem as its capital within the 1967 borders – Erdogan said.
