Elvis Ćustendil confesses to murder of Amra Kahrimanović, sentencing scheduled for July 17

(Patria) - Before the panel of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, a hearing was held to consider the statement of guilt admission in the case, based on the confirmed indictment of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Tuzla Canton from June 5, 2024, against Elvis Ćustendil, accused of the criminal offense of Murder.

After the court, in accordance with Article 245, paragraph 1, point c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, reviewed the statement of guilt admission and found sufficient evidence of the accused's guilt, the court accepted the statement, and according to the Criminal Procedure Code of the FBiH, the sentencing was scheduled for July 17, 2024, at 8:30 AM.

In this way, the accused waived his right to a trial, and this case will be concluded without a main hearing.

We recall, Elvis Ćustendil (51) from Tuzla, at the time an officer of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of TK, was accused of shooting Amra Kahrimanović with his service pistol on the evening of February 7, 2024, killing her, and is charged with the criminal offense of Murder under Article 166, paragraph 2, point a) of the Criminal Code of the FBiH.

He shot her with his service pistol in a shopping center, hitting her with 15 bullets.
