Elektroprivreda BiH: Džananović's powers revoked, replaced by Nevad Ikanović

The Government of FBiH gave the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo preliminary approval to pass a Decision on limiting the powers of the Executive Director for Distribution - a member of the Management of this public company, Esed Džananović, so that his powers to represent and act on behalf of Elektroprivreda BiH d.d., as well as other powers defined by the Statute and other acts of the Company, cease, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

We remind you that Džananović was arrested in the FUP operation "Bosna" along with four other people on August 26, 2016, who are accused of using their positions to employ people in public companies, healthcare, and higher education institutions in the Federation of BiH, and for that, they received bribes. They were ordered one month of detention.

The limitation of powers lasts until the circumstances that led to the objective impossibility of performing the function of Executive Director for Distribution cease. The Government also gave the Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda BiH approval to pass a Decision on the temporary assignment of his powers to the Executive Director for Production and member of the Management, Nevad Ikanović.
