The campaign for signing contracts with customers of "Elektroprivreda BiH" is being conducted in accordance with the General Conditions for the Supply of Electricity, which, based on the Law on Electricity of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, were adopted by the Regulatory Commission for Electricity in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FERK), announced from JP "Elektroprivreda BiH", Patria reports.
- The distribution of contracts is underway. Signed contracts can be handed over to our employees who read meters and distribute bills, or delivered to the billing offices of "Elektrodistribucija" in Sarajevo, Tuzla, Bihać, Mostar and Zenica. Customers who have not yet received their contracts will be able to sign them upon arrival at the billing offices - said representatives of "Elektroprivreda BiH".
The deadline for signing contracts is the end of 2014, and the Contract on the Use of the Distribution Network and the Contract on the Supply of Electricity with the supplier are signed only by owners of residential buildings, not temporary users.
Incidentally, the FERK document prescribes general energy and technical conditions, as well as economic relations between producers, distributors, suppliers and end customers of electricity, and in accordance with Article 89, end customers of electricity are obliged to sign the Contract on the Use of the Distribution Network and the Contract on the Supply of Electricity with the supplier, the announcement states, Patria reports.
