Several people have been injured after a gas explosion in Memmingen, southern Germany, daily Bild reported, citing a police spokesman.
The newspaper said there are fears of further detonations in a building belonging to the Bavarian Red Cross.
The fire service said four people were injured, one of them seriously.
The building is located at a major intersection and the area has been cordoned off.
