Eko HUB Blagaj organized a cleanup action at Bišće polje location

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Eko HUB Blagaj, coordinated by the Youth Club Novi Val, today organized a cleanup action at the Bišće polje location, in cooperation with the Public Institution Primary School Gnojnice, the City of Mostar (Department for Economy, Municipal and Inspection Affairs), the Municipal Company of the City of Mostar, as well as volunteers from the Youth Club Novi Val.

Klas company donated sweets for the participants of this action.

During this action, a total of 24 bags of plastic waste were collected, and 900 m2 of area was cleared of various shrubs and low vegetation, as well as various types of organic waste.

EKO HUB Blagaj thanks all citizens who supported this cleanup action in any way, while respecting all epidemiological measures.

All participants received the necessary equipment for this action, as well as food and refreshments from the organizers.

Eko HUB Blagaj, coordinated by the Youth Club Novi Val Blagaj, was launched as part of the project "Think about Nature!" implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society, with financial support from Sweden.
