Funeral for the deceased Alić at Vlakovo cemetery, driver released to defend himself

Twenty-two-year-old Ferid Hadžihaskić, who was driving an Audi 8 on the A1 highway when a traffic accident occurred in which his friend Amir Alić died, was released after being heard to defend himself from freedom. There was no legal basis for his detention, writes the Patria agency.

He is accused of a serious criminal offense against public traffic safety, which resulted in the death of another person.

Due to the force of the impact, the Audi 8 car was cut in half, and the detached parts hit another vehicle on the highway. Alić died at the scene, while the driver escaped unharmed. According to the police report, the Audi first hit a metal barrier and then a concrete barrier, which caused the car to be cut in half.

Although the speed at which the car was traveling has not been officially announced, Patria agency sources claim that the speed could not have been less than 200 km per hour.

The funeral prayer for the tragically deceased young man will be held today at 2 PM at the Vlakovo city cemetery.
