Double murder and attempted suicide in the last 24 hours in Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - A double murder and attempted suicide is the grim toll in the last 24 hours in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In Šipovo, a murder was committed early this morning. Everything happened in a car.

The tragedy occurred at 7:45 AM. The RS Ministry of Interior was notified of a murder and attempted suicide. A woman was killed, while the man who attempted suicide is in serious condition.

The investigation of this tragedy is ongoing.

On Sunday afternoon, officers of the Kalesija Police Administration/Sapna Police Station received a report that a lifeless body of a man was found in a residential building.

A man with initials E.A. (33) from the area of Sapna municipality was arrested in an operation by officers of the Police Administration of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior on suspicion of committing a murder in Baljkovica.

Upon arriving at the scene, it was determined that the victim was a man with initials S.M. (48), whose death was confirmed by a coroner from the Sapna Health Center.

The scene investigation was conducted by the prosecutor of the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office and police officers of the Criminal Police Sector of the Police Administration of the Tuzla Canton Ministry of Interior.

All further investigative measures and actions are being taken under the order of the acting prosecutor.

The suspect E.A. was brought to the official premises for criminal processing, after which he will be handed over with a report to the Tuzla Canton Prosecutor's Office for jurisdiction and further proceedings.
