Duo arrested for car theft and extortion

On Friday at 5 PM, police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton arrested A.H., born in 1986, from Ilidža, on suspicion of committing the crime of aggravated theft and extortion, to the detriment of M.H., the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Internal Affairs announced, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

On the same day, police officers of the Public Security Center East Sarajevo handed over E.H., born in 1985, from East Sarajevo, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton for the same criminal offense.

- The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office was informed about the above. The arrested persons were handed over to the premises of the detention facility for persons deprived of liberty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

They stole a Passat car.
