Two shootings in Sarajevo: One person wounded

After midnight last night, two shootings occurred in Sarajevo, reports the Patria news agency.

- Around 01:35, in a private house at 2 Asafa Serdarevića Street, a firearm was used, during which Ć.A., born in 1988 from Sarajevo, sustained an injury to the right lower leg. The injured person was transported to the KUM KCU Sarajevo, where after receiving medical assistance, the attending physician determined that he had sustained serious bodily injuries – said the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton.

Somewhat later, around 05:40, in Valtera Perića Street, a firearm was also used by an unknown person from a vehicle of the brand "Mercedes", with license plates J62-E-731, and no injuries were reported.

- Police officers of the First Police Station - Center in Zmaja od Bosne Street caught up and stopped the said vehicle, and it was determined that it was driven by G.N., born in 1992 from Sarajevo, while in the passenger seat was S.M., from whom a pistol of the brand "Beretta" was found and confiscated, for which he did not possess approval from the competent authority – added from the Ministry of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton:
