(Patria) - Two people were killed and six were injured in a horrific traffic accident that occurred after midnight on the M1-105 Šešlije - Podnovlje main road, in the village of Majevac, in the city of Doboj.
As confirmed by the Doboj police, three vehicles were involved in the accident: an "Audi A4", driven by a person with the initials D. Đ. from Doboj, a "Ford Fiesta", driven by a person I. Š., also from Doboj, and a "VW Passat", driven by a person S. M., from the area of Gradačac.
In this traffic accident, the driver of the passenger car "Ford Fiesta" I. Š., as well as the passenger of the same vehicle N. Š., were killed, while the driver, passenger, and occupant of the "Audi", as well as the driver, passenger, and occupant of the "VW Passat" were injured.
The injured received medical assistance at the Doboj hospital "Sveti apostol Luka".
An investigation at the scene of the accident was carried out by members of the Doboj Traffic Safety Police Station, and the investigation was led by the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office of Doboj.
Traffic on this main road was suspended from 00:15 to 3:55 AM, according to the Doboj Police Department.
