Association of BiH Journalists condemned the intrusion into the Factor editorial office

SARAJevo, (Patria) - The Association of Journalists of Bosnia and Herzegovina sharply condemned yesterday's intrusion of two individuals into the Factor editorial office, who, with curses and threats, demanded the deletion of a previously published text related to a car fire and the use of firearms in the Sarajevo settlement of Vraca.  

"The Association of Journalists of Bosnia and Herzegovina most sharply condemns the attack on media representatives, i.e., the intrusion of individuals connected to the criminal milieu into the Factor editorial office. This morning we learned that the Sarajevo Canton police reacted truly professionally and stood in defense of colleagues from Factor. We expect the prosecution and judiciary to sanction this case in further proceedings. We believe that such attacks, which are unfortunately frequent, as colleagues who do their job are increasingly endangered, even in these most difficult times of the pandemic, are actually the result of many years of non-prosecution or poor prosecution of numerous attacks on media representatives," the statement from the Association of Journalists of BiH reads.
