SECOND CASE IN A MONTH ATM robbed in Šip, thieves used explosives

(Patria) - An explosion occurred overnight in the Sarajevo neighborhood of Šip, and an ATM was robbed.

Officers of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Interior of Canton Sarajevo are conducting an investigation at the scene, and more information will be known during the day.

Residents of this neighborhood were awakened by a strong explosion, and police appeared at the scene very quickly.

In the same way, in mid-May, an ATM was robbed in the Alipašino Polje neighborhood, and surrounding buildings were damaged by the force of the explosion at that time.

The investigation will show whether these two cases are connected and whether a group for robbing ATMs has started operating in Sarajevo.
