Police officers closed London's Blackfriars street and arrested three men, writes Independent.
Witnesses near the mentioned street and Westminster Bridge, which is also closed, said they saw helicopters flying overhead.
A police spokesperson said the road was closed after a car was stopped at an intersection.
- The trio in the car, three men, were arrested - said the police spokesperson.
Aerial images show it was a silver BMW with Belgian license plates. Police had previously warned shop owners nearby not to stand near the windows.
