Dragan Vikić wins mobbing lawsuit against Dragan Lukač?

Novinska agencija Patria has unofficially learned that Dragan Vikić, legendary commander of the Special Unit of the Federal Police Administration, has received a final verdict for mobbing, for which he accused Dragan Lukač, director of the Federal Police Administration, who has never returned to work since his reappointment to this position by the Supervisory Board of the FPA.

On March 12, 2012, the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo filed an indictment with the Municipal Court of Sarajevo, charging Lukač with dereliction of duty, specifically the illegal retirement of the commander of the FUP Special Unit, Dragan Vikić.

Dragan Vikić received the decision on the termination of employment at the end of 2011, after it was determined according to the Law on Police Officers that he met the conditions for retirement, i.e., 40 years of service, which included the period spent in the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After that, a legal battle began between Vikić and the FUP, i.e., the FMUP. Vikić sued the FMUP, seeking to return to his old job. Incidentally, although this verdict was issued (July 2012) according to which Vikić should be reinstated in the FUP, this has not happened to date.

In addition to this lawsuit, he also sued Dragan Lukač for mobbing, and as we have learned, he won that legal battle. However, as Alen Nakić, Dragan Vikić's lawyer, told Patria, he has not yet received any verdict.

- Unfortunately, I have not yet received the verdict, but I wish you were right - Nakić told Patria.

In the verdict, Lukač was allegedly found guilty and is obliged to financially compensate Dragan Vikić.
