A donation evening at the "Han" hotel on Bjelašnica, where Bosnian singer-songwriter Azra Kolaković alias Donna Ares, who is battling a serious illness, has been staying for the past few months, will be held on February 3rd, and artworks by this talented singer will be up for sale, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
- I painted all these pictures out of sheer curiosity, more precisely, testing my own abilities, all with the aim of selling them for humanitarian purposes one day - Ares wrote on her Facebook profile.
Most of the works were created in 2013. Besides painting and music, Ares discovered another talent: knitting, and has already given away dozens of scarves to dear people.
Incidentally, Donna Ares is also a guest on the show Interview20, hosted and moderated by Sanela Prašović-Gadžo, which will be broadcast on February 4th at 9:00 PM on BHT1.
Among other things, Ares talks about how to overcome fear, find strength, and think positively. And about how to recognize illness and why prevention is most important.
