(Patria) – The President of the United States of America Donald Trump announced on the social network Truth, where he stated that intensive talks have been held between the United States of America and Iran in the past two days with the aim of finding a solution to the conflict in the Middle East.
"I am pleased to report that the United States of America and the country of Iran have held very good and productive talks in the past two days regarding a complete and final solution to our hostilities in the Middle East.
Based on the tone and content of these detailed, in-depth, and constructive discussions, which will continue this week, I have ordered the Department of War to postpone all military strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a period of five days, conditional on the success of the ongoing meetings and negotiations," Trump wrote.
This five-day postponement comes after Trump previously gave Iran 48 hours to unblock
