Donald Trump would lead America to bankruptcy

Hillary Clinton last night in Columbus launched a full frontal attack on opponent Donald Trump regarding his business history and economic proposals, questioning his wealth and pointing out that such a policy would lead America into economic recession, writes TIME, reports NAP.

During a fierce speech, the Democratic candidate presented Trump as a businessman with a weak foundation who would be dangerous for the American economy. She called him out for not releasing his tax returns, and for tax change proposals that Clinton claims would only benefit millionaires, as well as for Donald's "reckless" plans to resolve the national debt.

For the entire 45 minutes, Clinton described Trump as a "heartless boss" who cheated his own contractors and led businesses to ruin.

- Today, his assets are either sold off or falling apart. The same goes for human lives. We cannot allow him to lead America to ruin like one of his failed casinos, Clinton stated.

At one point, Clinton said she read some of Trump's statements with great disbelief.

- While working on this speech, I used information provided to me by my researchers and speechwriters. I said – "Really?! Did he really say that?!

Clinton delivered the speech at the Fair Hayes School of Trades near Columbus, standing next to heavy machinery. At one point, she mentioned the Obama administration's withdrawal from the auto industry.

The speech itself was Clinton's personal attack on Trump, with an emphasis on his business history. Trump responded via Twitter with an old quote he coined about using debt in business:

- I am the "king of debt." For me as a businessman, it was great, but it's bad for the country. If I managed to make a fortune based on debt – I can fix America, Trump claims.
