SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Two health professionals from the emergency medical team of the Centar Vrazova Health Center, a family doctor and a nurse, have tested positive for the coronavirus COVID-19, it was confirmed today by the KS Health Center Public Institution.
"In accordance with the given circumstances, the KS Health Center Public Institution, in cooperation with the Hygiene-Epidemiological Service and the KS Institute of Public Health, has taken all necessary steps from the prescribed procedure for such a situation. In this regard, self-isolation measures have been determined for primary contacts detected in this case, totaling 19 people, including the two aforementioned positive cases," announced the Press Service of the KS Health Center Public Institution.
The President of the KS Crisis Staff, Aida Pilav, confirmed today that there are a total of six confirmed cases of coronavirus in KS, namely five doctors and one nurse.
Two cases of infection were previously confirmed at the Vrazova Health Center, but in individuals who were not medical staff.
