HOUSE OF PEOPLES of the Federation of BiH got a budget of 5.6 billion KM

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The House of Peoples of the Parliament of FBiH approved the budget of the Federation of BiH for 2022 at an extraordinary session. 

The proposal for the budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022 received the support of 30 delegates, five were abstained, and 12 were against.  

Then, at the request of Aner Žuljević, an individual vote was also held, with 31 delegates voting in favor, 14 against, and 4 abstained.

The FBiH budget for 2022 amounts to 5,597,618,777 KM and is 2 percent higher than the budget for 2021, or 116.4 million KM higher. 

The Proposal for the Law on the Execution of the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2022 also received support,

The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgets in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously received the support of delegates during the session after an individual vote. 

The Government previously declared its position on several amendments from seven proposers to the Budget Proposal and the Law on Budget Execution.

The amendment by Dragana Damjanović and Nikica Bosnić was not accepted by the FBiH Government, and it concerns an amendment related to a devastated national monument. Delegates also voted on it and it did not receive support. 

The amendment by Alisa Hajdarević also did not receive support from either the FBiH Government or the delegates in the House of Peoples. The Government rejected the amendments by Jasmin Duvnjak and Ivo Tadić, which the proposers then withdrew because they were adopted in the House of Representatives and became an integral part of the budget. 

Vibor Handžić and Mirela Trepanić Grubešić submitted 27 amendments, which the FBiH Government rejected, and the proposers stated that they did not seek a vote from the delegates. Delegates Goran Broćeta and Aleksandar Štrbac submitted four amendments, which the FBiH Government rejected. The House of Peoples of the FBiH also voted on them, and after the first one was rejected, the proposers withdrew from voting on the remaining amendments. 

Damir Marjanović submitted three amendments, which the FBiH Government did not accept. Delegates of the House of Peoples also rejected them in the vote. The FBiH Government also rejected the amendment by Ram Isak, and the delegates of the House of Peoples did the same.
