SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament supported the urgent consideration of the Bill on the Rights of Veterans, the Bill amending and supplementing the Law on Electric Energy, and the Bill amending the Law on Financial Consolidation of Business Entities.
FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić explained the rebalance of the FBiH budget.
"First, I would like to address the most significant factors affecting the budget. The real growth of the budget is 3.6 percent, and this is the best result since the introduction of the budget," said Novalić.
He added that the rebalance of the Budget for 2019 is necessary to secure funds for the law on the rights of veterans and their family members.
"25 million KM are needed for the implementation of the law on the rights of veterans, and these funds were not planned in the budget. That is why a rebalance is needed," explained the FBiH Prime Minister.
After a heated debate among delegates, and also between delegates and Prime Minister Novalić, the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament did not support the Proposal of the Decision on Amendments and Supplements to the FBiH Budget for 2019.
The Bosniak Club then requested an individual vote, after which the rebalance of the FBiH Budget received the support of 31 deputies, with eight against and six abstentions.
Immediately after that, the Bill amending and supplementing the Law on the Execution of the FBiH Budget for this year was supported without debate.
The debate on the Bill on the Rights of Veterans has begun.
