EVIDENCE FROM SKY AND ANOM APPLICATIONS Indictment filed in the case of Sako Bibić and others, charged with international drug trafficking

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against the accused:

1. Bibić Sako, born in 1973 in Skopje, citizen of BiH and North Macedonia
2. Hujić Eldar, born in 1979 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH
3. Halimanović Admir, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH
4. Zukić Alem, born in 1991 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH
5. Komar Đoko, born in 1993 in Nikšić, citizen of BiH and Montenegro.

The accused are charged that, from the end of 2019 to the end of 2021, acting within a common plan and mutual agreement, and for the purpose of gaining illegal property benefits by committing multiple criminal offenses, they became members of an organized crime group and operated in the territory of BiH, Serbia, Montenegro, as well as EU countries, and committed the criminal offenses of organized crime (Article 250 of the Criminal Code of BiH), unauthorized trafficking of narcotic drugs (Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH), and money laundering (Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH).

The indictment states that the accused, communicating via protected applications, arranged the execution of criminal offenses, as well as the smuggling, transport, concealment, and further transit to EU countries, as well as the placement on the illegal drug market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, of large quantities of the narcotic drug marijuana - "skunk", most often in quantities of about 100 kilograms, which were smuggled to Croatia, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland, for placement on the illegal drug market in those countries, for which they received large sums of money, which they used to purchase real estate and expensive motor vehicles, thus committing money laundering.

Within the indictment, the confiscation of illegal property benefits exceeding 300,000 KM has been requested.

The prosecution will prove the allegations of the indictment by calling more than 20 witnesses and expert witnesses, as well as by submitting dozens of pieces of evidence.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
