We wish Dodik a speedy recovery and await clarification: Milorad, where did you get the icon?

Decency and ethics dictate that I should not use the word 'lie' in my texts, but when I speak of Milorad Dodik, the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 'lie' is a mild word for all the promises he made and did not keep.

All promises fall apart the moment another interest prevails over the first. Dodik has become so lost in his lies that even the news of him being hospitalized sounds like a spin.

Namely, Dodik has not yet explained how a stolen Ukrainian icon, 300 years old, ended up as a gift to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Russia returned the icon, and Dodik and, for example, RTRS, which was the first to report that Dodik was hospitalized, have not said a word about the international scandal.

Therefore, the news that Dodik does not have coronavirus, but has bilateral pneumonia, is, to say the least, a well-thought-out plan to prevent journalists from asking about the stolen icon, because it is known, and ethics also dictate, that health is the most important thing. 

I too would surely feel unwell if one of the most powerful countries in the world returned a stolen gift to me. And a country that you consider a partner for all your plans and dreams of BiH's secession or the abolition of the OHR. But let's return to Dodik's lies. Does anyone remember Dodik's story about how Republika Srpska is receiving a 70 million euro Russian loan?

Dodik also announced a referendum in 2018, saying he would seek secession. 

They also adopted a Declaration in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska titled 'Republika Srpska – Free and Independent'. Everything he promised and did is done, except that Republika Srpska is still an entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina and financially dependent, and on the IMF, with whom the state concludes loan agreements.

Dodik also announced the possibility of re-establishing the Army of Republika Srpska. He challenged Valentin Inzko to remove the plaque 'Radovan Karadžić' from the Student Dormitory building in Pale with him, and after the arrogance, they removed the plaque, and the war criminal fell in Republika Srpska. And this happened during the sovereign rule of SNSD in the entity of Republika Srpska. As people say, 'force is not pleasing to God'.

Did you know that Milorad Dodik has been announcing for ten years that he will build the Buk Bijela Hydroelectric Power Plant and hydroelectric power plants in Foča with the Government of Serbia.

He announced that 110 million euros received from the privatization of the oil industry of Republika Srpska would be directed to the Development Program of Republika Srpska, as well as interest exceeding 7.5 million euros received from deposited funds from the privatization of Telekom Srpske. Today, no one mentions the millions from privatization, from Telekom, but the announcements of building hydroelectric power plants are still current. Usually before elections.
 
Now he is also talking about the Airport in Trebinje. And on state land. That's why he wants the OHR to leave. He would also change the composition of the Constitutional Court of BiH, but without changing the Constitution!?

And the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided on February 7, 2020, in favor of Bosniaks and Croats (seven delegates of the Council of Peoples of Republika Srpska) that all agricultural land in Republika Srpska is considered property of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and not of the entity, as was voted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska at the end of 2019.

Therefore, there is nothing about the airport in Trebinje until the state decides otherwise. In fact, Dodik is like the boy who cried wolf. He has deceived people so many times that they did not believe him when the wolf actually came, and the wolf ate him.

Whether the wolf has truly come for Dodik now, or whether Dodik, caught in a great shame, has embarked on a new lie, no one can say with certainty. Because whoever is bitten by a snake is afraid of lizards.

Of course, I wish Dodik a speedy recovery and await clarification, as does the world public. Milorad, where did you get the icon?
