Dodik's 32 apartments closed to cameras and the public

In the Administrative Center of the RS Government, 39 apartments have been allocated for use by RS officials who are not from Banja Luka, ATV has confirmed from the Service for Joint Affairs of the RS Government, reports the Patria News Agency.

The Administrative Center contains a total of 54 official apartments, including 14 luxury apartments, 32 apartments, and 8 studio apartments, with four apartments converted into offices.

The Alternative Television crew wanted to film the apartments, but we were not allowed, with the explanation that entering them would constitute a violation of the privacy of the officials who live in them.

It also remains a secret how much their maintenance costs the RS, as this information was also not provided to ATV. As stated in the letter, "it is impossible to determine the individual costs for each apartment because measuring instruments have not been installed for that part of the Administrative Center of the RS Government.".

The apartments, which have been allocated by a decision of the RS Government for the accommodation of certain officials, are available to them for the duration of their mandate.

As not all of them are occupied, apartments that are vacant are occasionally used by high-level delegations or famous personalities visiting the RS.

The costs of maintenance and utilities for the apartments are borne by the RS Government, i.e., the Service for Joint Affairs.
