Dodik in the BiH Prosecutor's Office

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadić confirmed that a "Wiretapping" case has been opened based on the criminal complaint filed by Branislav Borenović, President of PDP. Speaking as a guest of Senad Hadžifejzović, she stated that the case has already been assigned and that checks will be carried out.

"Everything will be checked. We will see if he was joking. It is difficult to prove, but everything must be done to check, if it is indeed true," Tadić said.

The Chief Prosecutor added that he did say the next day that it was a "performance," but he will be summoned to explain the allegations he made at the session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. On May 20, Dodik addressed opposition MPs Nebojša Vukanović and Draško Stanivuković in the NSRS, stating that he knew what they were doing.

"There is no government that does not listen to the opposition, so we are listening to you too. Complain to Transparency, to dad, to father,... We have the right and we are listening to you. We know what you are doing. You are a powerless and sterile group that has nothing to do with public and state interest. You are parading and think you will achieve something. You have chosen the worst possible method. You have no talent for politics," Dodik concluded, adding that they too will be able to do so when they become president. At one point, Dodik turned to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, Dragan Lukač, saying: "What is it, Lukač, why are you scared?" The very next day, Dodik and Lukač denied that the opposition was being wiretapped, while Dodik said he was performing.

Tadić added that wiretapping is difficult to prove, and that the BiH Prosecutor's Office has a case regarding the wiretapping of her and the Deputy President of the HJPC, Ružica Jukić, after transcripts of their conversation were made public.

During her guest appearance, she stated that there are 6,000 reported individuals in the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and there are 56 prosecutors available to check everything.
