Dodik meets with Chinese Ambassador without BiH symbols: Džaferović calls for this practice to stop

(Patria) - At the last meeting between the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, and the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ji Ping, the symbols of Bosnia and Herzegovina were not displayed, warned Šefik Džaferović, member of the BiH Presidency, today.

"This is a continuation of the newly established practice of violating the Law on the Flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the provisions of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with all the consequences that such actions and procedures carry. Repeating this practice of disrespecting state symbols at meetings with ambassadors of certain countries accredited in our country harms the foreign policy interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina and offends its citizens. I call on foreign diplomats accredited in Bosnia and Herzegovina not to fall for such practices and to respect the laws of this country," Džaferović stated.
