Dodik against NATO HQ warning: Third Regiment of BiH Armed Forces will be paraded in Krajina Square

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated last night, ahead of the celebration of the unconstitutional holiday, RS Day, that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country that has no chance of succeeding and that the solution lies in peaceful separation, considering that a referendum would be a good thing, Patria reports.

Speaking to RTS about the celebration in Banja Luka, he said that all participants of the parade would gather in the Square, where the Third Infantry (Republika Srpska) Regiment of the BiH Armed Forces would be present.

“They will be paraded. That will be the last time. Next year, we will organize a veterans' unit, because we have the right to do so. We will dress them in traditional uniforms of the Army of Republika Srpska, and they will be the ones to replace them,” Dodik emphasized, adding that no one can prevent RS from marking its tradition.

As he stated, the question of whether members of the Third Infantry Regiment will bear responsibility for participating in the marking of RS Day is the most important topic of this commemoration.

“I invite all members of the Serb people to come out and be together. It is important for us that all political forces and all institutions of the Serb people gather here and in Republika Srpska and in the institutions of BiH,” said Dodik.

As a reminder, the NATO headquarters in BiH warned that no member of the BiH Armed Forces is allowed to attend the marking of the unconstitutional holiday, and that if it happens, they will be sanctioned and face dismissal from service.
