Dodik after hearing in Sarajevo said he doesn't understand why he was summoned to the Prosecutor's Office

A prosecutor from Department III of the BiH Prosecutor's Office questioned the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, in Sarajevo on Friday, after Dodik came under investigation in a case related to the criminal offense of non-execution of a decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

After the hearing, Dodik told reporters that he does not understand why he was summoned to the Prosecutor's Office at all, but he still claims that the investigation is politically motivated not only against him, but also, as he said, against some other people, and especially against RS.

Dodik had previously said he would not come to Sarajevo to testify. He requested to be heard on the territory of Republika Srpska. Several weeks later, he did appear at the BiH Prosecutor's Office building in Sarajevo. The BiH Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation after the authorities in the BiH entity Republika Srpska organized a referendum on the celebration of January 9th, even though the Constitutional Court of BiH had previously banned such a referendum, writes NAP.
