Dodik bought two more "votes", 46 MPs voted for the budget

During the vote on the budget, the parliamentary majority was strengthened by two additional votes. To everyone's general surprise, 46 MPs supported the proposal, which raised questions about a possible recomposition of the parliamentary majority, reports ATV, as carried by the Patria news agency.

HSP's Ivana Lovrić from the Domovina coalition supported the budget, but the bigger surprise was the move by PDP's Perica Bundalo, who also supported the proposal for the most important document. He says he did it all to thank the authorities for allocating additional funds for the Donja Gradina memorial site.

He assures that he will not thank the ruling coalition in a similar way in the future, but many did not expect his move last night. Especially not in his PDP, where they had sharply criticized the proposals for the most important documents for days. In the PDP, they hope that something similar will not happen again.

"That something, a project he had been leading for a few years, now funds have been secured, around 200,000 for the construction of those monuments, that is his personal decision and I think there will be no more problems when it comes to those individual positions," says PDP MP in the RSNA Slaviša Marković.

Ivana Lovrić from the Domovina coalition could be the 45th MP to form the parliamentary majority in the future. She, unlike Bundalo, did not make an exception but, by all accounts, is leaving Domovina and siding with the ruling coalition. The opposition claims they also know why.

"Ms. Lovrić will probably be the vice-president from the Croatian people, you will have the opportunity to see that. Because this vote was not for free. It is for that empty chair there in the leadership of the assembly," said NDP MP Dragan Čavić, alluding to the chair of the Vice-President of the Assembly.

In Domovina, they still do not know what is happening. They only know that phones were working during the vote and it is clear to them, they say, that Ivana Lovrić received an order from the party headquarters (HSP) on how to vote during the ballot.

"I think that in the coming days, the body representing the Domovina coalition should sit down so that we know where we stand and in which direction this story is going," says Senad Bratić, SDA MP in the RSNA.

There was no clarification from the HSP today, and the surprises in the hall were only when the MPs voted on the budget. In any case, it became clear that the upcoming parliamentary sessions will not be boring. At least not when it comes to tracking who votes for which proposals.
