SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Chairman of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik stated after today's consultations with representatives of political parties that there is a consensus in the BiH Presidency on the country's European path, but not on joining NATO.
"Republika Srpska is not ready to go further on this issue, considering the Resolution of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on military neutrality," Dodik told reporters after the meeting.
Dodik emphasized that at the meeting with representatives of political parties regarding the formation of the Council of Ministers, SNSD member Zoran Tegeltija was proposed as the new Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers.
"Everyone agrees that the chairman should be a Serb, and there is consensus on this issue, but SDA believes that this majority at the state level should be expanded. SNSD proposed Zoran Tegeltija as a candidate for the mandate holder," said Dodik.
Dodik said he is ready to support all development projects, regardless of the level they come from, and that it is necessary for them to proceed quickly and without any delays.
He also commented on the absence of HDZ representatives at today's consultations.
"HDZ is part of the majority in the Collegium of the House of Representatives, and it is their decision whether to attend," Dodik stated.
