(Patria) - The District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka received a report on July 7, filed by the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, against High Representative Christian Schmidt.
This was confirmed to RTRS by this prosecutor's office, which also stated that they have opened a case and assigned it to a prosecutor for processing.
Let us recall, Dodik had previously filed criminal charges against High Representative Christian Schmidt and the Director of the Official Gazette of BiH, Dragan Prusina.
"I filed a criminal complaint against Schmidt with the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka because he has been unofficially performing the duties of the High Representative for a long time, for which he has no decision from the UN Security Council.
With the intention of causing damage to Republika Srpska, Schmidt is 'falsely representing himself as an official', knowing that he was not appointed in accordance with Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
By doing so, he committed the criminal offenses of unauthorized practice of a certain profession and false representation, under Articles 310 and 313 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska," Dodik stated in the report.
