Dodik: I will attend the majority meeting to point out to partners and the EU that they are deceiving

(Patria) - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik stated that he will attend the meeting of the parliamentary majority leaders at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday, where he will say that everything previously agreed upon must be implemented.

Dodik stated that he will "very openly point out the fact that there have been at least six or seven agreements made on various issues from the beginning, and they have never been implemented".

"They chose the narrative to blame Republika Srpska and say that RS is the one that doesn't want something. I will present everything to them, from the story about Buk Bijela, Trebinje airport, the gas pipeline, and many other things we have agreed upon," Dodik told reporters in Banja Luka.

"But," he added, "they have deceived," and recalled the story about the Constitutional Court of BiH, when it was said that it would be postponed, and a year and a half has passed since then.

"They always deceive, and we are not going there to deceive. We are going to tell them how we think we can proceed. We can proceed by urgently implementing everything that was previously agreed upon," Dodik emphasized.

"If they don't want that," Dodik said, "we won't go any further," adding that the EU also approves certain projects to get reforms, and when it comes to implementation, it blocks those funds.

"Isn't that deception? They lie every day and try to deceive again every day. That is their style and way of life," Dodik concluded.

HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović previously stated that he expects an important step forward on Bosnia and Herzegovina's European path to be made at the meeting of parliamentary majority leaders at the BiH level next week.
