Welcome to Hell: Syria Massively Uses New Brutal Weapon

Syrian rebels have equipped themselves with new weapons as the conflict with government forces continues. Since their access to conventional weaponry is very limited, they were forced to start making deadly devices themselves, reports the Patria news agency.

Thus, the so-called hell cannon was created. It consists of howitzers that fire cylinders filled with propane gas.

The rebels say they are particularly proud of this weapon, which they had previously used on a smaller scale, but it has now been perfected and was massively fired at government forces in Aleppo over the past week.

Since Wednesday, heavy fighting has resumed in northern Aleppo, in which about a hundred people on both sides have lost their lives.
