
(Patria) - After accepting the plea agreement, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo found Sait Muradić and Admir Džinić guilty of the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority.
Muradić was sentenced to eight months in prison, with the sentence not to be executed if he does not commit a new criminal offense within two years.
Admir Džinić was sentenced to six months in prison, and the sentence will not be executed if he does not commit a new criminal offense within two years.
The accused Sait Muradić is charged with having, on April 12, 2018, in his capacity as the general director of the Public Institution "Apoteke Sarajevo", without the consent of the Management Board and without verifying the financial ability to repay the money, illegally approved the payment of a loan of 400,000 KM to the Public Institution "Reumal" Fojnica for a period of one day, which was used to obtain new credit funds by the Public Institution "Reumal" Fojnica, and which, in accordance with the concluded contract, was returned to the Public Institution "Apoteke Sarajevo" the next day.
The accused Džinić is charged with having, in his capacity as the executive director for finance and accounting of the Public Institution "Apoteke Sarajevo", assisted the accused Muradić by carrying out the payment of the monetary loan.
