Dialogue for the Future: Festival of Education, Culture and Arts Concluded

The PRO|TOK project, jointly implemented by SPKD „Prosvjeta“ Mostar and the Faculty of Education of the Džemal Bijedić University, successfully concluded with a three-day Festival of Education, Culture and Arts, reports the Patria News Agency.

Within the festival, workshops from various scientific and artistic fields were held at the Faculty of Education of the Džemal Bijedić University: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Fine Arts, Social Sciences, and Sports.

The workshops were open to all citizens of Mostar, and especially to high school students, for whom the workshop content was adapted in a special and interesting way. On the third and final day of the festival, a visit was organized for over 150 male and female students from five Herzegovinian high schools: Jovan Dučić High School Trebinje, Stolac High School, Aleksa Šantić High School Center Nevesinje, and the Medical High School and Second High School from Mostar. The festival concluded with a fitting concert and reception at the OKC “Abrašević”.

These activities are part of the PRO|TOK (Pro-tolerance, pro-education, pro-culture) project, which SPKD “Prosvjeta” Mostar is implementing in cooperation with the Faculty of Education of the Džemal Bijedić University, as part of the Dialogue for the Future project, implemented by UNDP, UNICEF, and UNESCO in partnership with the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from Prosvjeta.
