Delegations of Ukraine and Russia at the negotiating table again on Wednesday

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is scheduled for tomorrow, the Russian state news agency Tass reported, citing a source from the Russian side.

The first round of negotiations, held near the border between Belarus and Ukraine on Monday, ended after about six hours without any agreement, but both sides agreed to continue in the coming days.

Meanwhile, the Russian army continued its invasion operations in Ukraine. 

According to Western media, a kilometer-long column of combat vehicles is moving towards the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv. 

At the same time, the Russian army continued its fierce shelling of Kharkiv, where civilians are suffering the most.
