BiH PA Delegation Participates in Brussels Interparliamentary Conference on Citizen Communication

(Patria) - The delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA), consisting of MPs Nikola Lovrinović, Snježana Bursać – Novaković, and Halid Genjac, will participate in the Interparliamentary Conference on the topic "Communicating with Citizens – How to Develop a Comprehensive Parliamentary Communication Strategy", which will be held on January 29 in Brussels.

During the conference, which is part of the European Parliament's support to countries in the process of accession to the European Union, participants will be informed about the communication policy of the European Parliament, as well as the communication strategy of the European Parliament for the elections to be held in mid-2019.

The meeting, which is expected to be attended by high-ranking officials, MPs, and officials of the European Parliament, will also discuss the relationship between parliaments and media representatives, methods and channels of communication between parliaments and citizens, as well as ways for parliaments to combat fake news.
